About the Artist

Suzanne Moxon loves working on all types of art in various media, from traditional art, to  digital art, to writing poetry and children's stories.  She currently lives in Ontario, Canada with a pile of art supplies, a laptop, and an overactive imagination. Before devoting herself to writing and fine art, she worked for many years as a graphic designer and eLearning designer. Currently, she is teaching art through private lessons and in the community.   

In her artwork,  Suzanne enjoys experimenting with traditional mediums, as well as digital methods and is always striving to learn and grow as an artist.  Suzanne derives her biggest inspiration from nature and its colours. She also has a passion for drawing animals and birds.  Her newest challenge is working on mastering the art of watercolour painting. For another fun activity, she has taken up rock painting in a big way and is loving it.  Suzanne is also combining a love of storytelling with her artistic side , by writing and illustrating books  for children.
